Due to its low fat content, topside steak can be prone to drying out if not cooked properly. It is best cooked slowly, often roasted in the oven with a small amount of stock to keep it moist. Order Delivery

As a result, the actual cost may vary slightly, either higher or lower, than the current estimate. A text message with the exact weight and final cost will be sent to your phone on the delivery day.
