This semi-dry, spicy sausage is traditionally made from ground beef, though variations may include lamb or a mix of meats. The meat is seasoned with a rich blend of spices, including cumin, salt, paprika, and garlic, which give it a distinctive and robust flavor.
The preparation of oriental sausage involves stuffing the seasoned meat mixture into natural casings, which are then air-dried and sometimes smoked. The sausages are typically about 8-12 cm in length and can be cooked in various ways, such as grilling, frying, or baking. In Egyptian cuisine, for example, the sausages are often stir-fried with green peppers, tomatoes, and sometimes hot chili peppers, creating a flavorful and aromatic dish.

Order Placement and Delivery:
- Orders placed between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM are delivered the following day to ensure freshness. Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the day after.
