Description
Whole beef fillet, commonly referred to as beef tenderloin, is one of the most prized cuts of beef due to its unparalleled tenderness and delicate flavor. This cut is taken from the loin of the cow, specifically from the psoas major muscle, which runs along the spine and does very little work, resulting in an extremely tender piece of meat.
The beef fillet is an elongated, cylindrical muscle that spans two primal cuts: the short loin and the sirloin. It has a tapered shape, with a thicker end known as the “butt” and a thinner end called the “tail”. The center portion of the fillet is often referred to as the “center-cut” and is the most uniform in size, making it ideal for portion-controlled steaks like filet mignon

- All orders are delivered chilled via refrigerated vans or in cool boxes on the same day as slaughter.
- Please note: The final weight will be confirmed on the day of delivery after cutting, preparation, and packaging are completed. As a result, the actual cost may vary slightly, either higher or lower, than the current estimate. A text message with the exact weight and final cost will be sent to your phone on the delivery day.
Order Placement and Delivery:
- Orders placed between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM are delivered the following day to ensure freshness. Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the day after.
